VOVOX was founded in 2002 by material engineer Jürg Vogt in collaboration with famous Swiss musician Kaspar Kramis. The cable design is the reason for the uniqueness of VOVOX sound conductors, and forms the basis of their outstanding sound quality as well as of their optimal handling properties for solid-core cables. VOVOX converted scepticism into enthusiasm in the shortest time.
The company has succeeded in convincing many professional musicians and sound engineers that VOVOX and their sound conductors were definitely in a league of their own, and this was their starting point for marketing to the home audio user. VOVOX manufacture their cables exclusively at their workshop in Ebikon / Lucerne, right in the heart of Switzerland.
Our experience. The three home audio ranges are called: initio, vocalis and textura. They are all strong on detail and natural musical presentation, working well in systems that need an 'x' factor to draw out the emotion in the music. The Textura high end cable, whilst not cheap, offers excellent value for money. All the cables have the same sonic signature and neutral tonality, which means upgrading is very straightforward.
